Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
How to Request a Refund Please contact us at distriburix@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2-3 business days.
Eligibility for Returns Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is confirmed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us at distriburix@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Please Note As we work with multiple suppliers, some orders may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times may vary by supplier and location.
Non-Returnable Items Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
